Blue skirt. The skirt is pleated with a white floral pattern. There is a panel of checked red fabric sewn to one side and the waistband, and the hem is decorated with embroidery in red, green, and yellow.

Made in about 1990. Závadka nad Hronom and Pohorelá: The villages of the Horehronie Region are known for an exceptional degree of variation in local dress, richness of embroidery and fine leatherwork. Such skirts are relatively rare, so the date of 1990 is probably off.
