Description
Plaque - Fiji Scout Association plaque. Plaque of vesi wood onto which have been attached three elements: 1) a metal plaque nailed at the top reads [engraved:] 'TO SIR ROBERT FOSTER K. C. M. G., K. C. V. O. CHIEF SCOUT OF FIJI 1968-1972 FROM THE FIJI SCOUT ASSOCIATION'. 2) a round ?turtleshell medallion inlaid with a fleur-de-lys enclosed in two curved ?totokia clubs. 3) on the lower part of the plaque, glued, the tip of a boar's tusk, both ends encased in metal and provided with attachment rings through which a small metal chain is passed.
