Christmas tree decoration in the form of a tiki. A Maori cloth ornament of green velvet with reflective sequins; plastic beads; wire coils and gold braiding to outline form and green cotton thread. Original label with information on maker and identification still attached, ‘Highly prized Maori ornament. A good luck symbol. Tilited head is thinking, hand is strength, mouth is communication, heart is love and loins fertility’. Stored in a plastic bag with origoinal silica gel packet

Description (Physical description)
Polyester sequins (good condition), polyurethane foam stuffing (poor condition). Stuffing has yellowed, stiffened and shows signs of crumbling in the near future.
