Necklace, made of silver chain fasthening with a hook and eye. String of cubic beads with the corners cut off, interspersed with six decorative silver beads; four made of a longer bar shape, with two diamond shaped silver pieces and pyramids of small silver granules, two made of smaller rectangular shapes surrounded by pyramids of silver granules.

(bio): Mrs. Barbara Spalding. Mrs. Spalding and her husband Michael worked as English teachers in Taiz, Yemen, from 1997-98 during which time she collected silver and talked to the men in the market silver shops.

Silver necklace threaded on fine string. String of silver beads, most of which are polyhedral, interspersed with six decorative silver beads. Four of the decorative beads are mainly comprised of a horizontal bar that fits below the rest of the beads. The necklace fastens with a hook and eye attached to lengths of chain.
