Context (Production / use)
This a copy of the HATAROR (Border Police) newspaper for the Hatarorseg of the Ministry of the Interior. It was published for members of the Border Police and the Workers Guard. Note the insignia of these two organisations in the top left hand corner beside the main title. The joint publication is indicative of the way in which the State collapsed certain bodies and functions into each other as a form of central control.
