Description

Two Outstanding Worker medals (A-B) mounted on a board covered in white cloth (E), in a plastic presentation box (C-D). The larger of the two medals (A) has a enamelled red banner section at the top, with 'Kiváló Dolgozó' written in gold writing, and a pin attachment on the back. A red star-shaped medallion hangs from the banner on two gold-coloured chains, decorated with the emblem of the Hungarian People's Republic: a Hungarian flag on a pale blue background with a red star above, surrounded by a wreath of wheat wrapped in ribbon. The other medal (B) is very small; it consists of a red bar with a pin attachment on the back, with a gold-coloured star stamped with the emblem of the Hungarian People's Republic hanging below. The medals are pinned to a white fabric mounting board in a red plastic box (D) with a clear plastic lid (C), that is roughly rectangular but with one of the shorter edges longer than the other.
