A badge of gold metal, with red glass enamelling. It is rectangular in shape, with fine vertical stripes, decorated with a red flag with Lenin's face in profile in the middle. The number 'XXVII' is written is raised lettering below, with some Russian text underneath. There is a safety-pin style attachment on the back.

One Outstanding Worker medal is in its original presentation box (red and clear plastic). A presentation box (with the Hungarian colours in strips across a corner) contains another Outstanding Worker medal and its representative small pin, also two pins from the XXVII Party congress (in the Soviet Union?) and two socialist brigade pins (one large one small size). 4 pins are attached to a red plastic backing cloth. Including 3 socialist work brigade pins, one Outstanding Worker medal, and a 100 year anniversary pin from Ganz-MAVAG. 9 loose pins accompany the above, including 2 silver rank Socialist work Brigade pins, one gold rank, plus 5 small Soc. Brigade badges/pins.
