Description
Soviet Union banner. Triangular shaped banner made of red velvet with golden fringe lining the hem. There are three golden tassels, one attached to each corner. The state emblem of the Soviet Union is embroidered on the front of the banner. On the back there is an embroidered phrase in Russian. A yellow plastic butterfly clip is attached to the hanging cord.
