Colour poster on thick white paper, with artwork by Író, printed by Szikra Press in 1948. Poster depicts a metalworker waving a hammer, with a red flag in the background reading 'ÉLMUNKÁS'. Upper and lower text reads 'MUNKAVERSENNYEL A JOBB ÉLETÉRT!, which translates as 'Work competitions for a better life!'.
