Context (Analysis)
O'Connor and Kemp's Sample 6 or possibly Sample 7. The box containing the stopper and a label inside are both marked '6' and a note seen loose inside the box references '6'. However in the publication, see Context, the order of the images on plate II a suggests that this is Sample 7. Both sample numbers have therefore been added to the Other Nos. field.

Description (Physical description)
A large round reed or sedge stopper made up of a tightly wound spiral. The remains of some cross binding can be seen at one edge and finer binding can be seen in the centre.
