O'Connor and Kemp's Sample 7 or possibly Sample 6. The box containing the stopper and a label inside are both marked '7'. However in the publication, see Context, the order of the images on plate II a suggests that this is Sample 6. Both sample numbers have therefore been added to the Other Nos. field.
