A triangular shaped stirrup-strap mount of Type 11 with a stylised animal, a lion, eating a smaller animal. This lion faces left with the smaller animal above it. This pattern has been created with incised lines creating an unusual shape.

Context (Analysis)
On 11th March 2015 Dr Helen Geake remarked that this type of material is now called a stirrup-strap mount. In the past they have also been referred to as box mounts or book mounts though these terminologies are now out of date.
