The catalogue card gives the source as 'A.R. Brailey, through Brit[ish] Mus[eum]'. The British Museum also has a collection of similar material donated by Arthur Robertson Brailey in 1920, and it is likely that the BM may then have passed on material to MAA.

Stone axe head, greyish green in colour, polished or ground surface. Curved cutting edge, rounded sides, tapered butt end. Lenticular to oval in cross section. Chips to blade and butt end.
