Shell adze made from the columella of a queen conch (Strombus gigas). Curved cutting edge ground on one face with a natural bevel terminating in a broken off siphonal canal. Some areas of loss to the cutting edge and delamination of the shell.

Found with Feilden material Z 40032-37, but has very lightly pencilled, almost indecipherable ?'Mt. Gilboa'. In same box was a scrap of paper saying 'Probably Barbados fr. Maxwell [?midden]'
