Context (Found together / assemblage)
Found with Feilden material Z 40032-38, but has written on it something which looks like 'Greenland Barbados' - ?not Feilden handwriting, but in same box was a scrap of paper saying 'Probably Barbados fr. Maxwell [?midden]'

Context (Amendments / updates)
There is a site called 'Greenland' on Barbados (see 'Prehistoric Barbados' by Peter L. Drewett); therefore the Place field has been updated so that 'Greenland' is no longer tentative.

Description (Physical description)
Shell adze made from the lip of a queen conch (Strombus gigas). Truncated lens cross section with a curved cutting edge. One flat ground face with flat sides tapering to a pointed butt end. Some areas of loss present on the cutting edge, the top surface is also slightly degraded.
