Crossbow with wooden stock (.1) and bow (.2). Long wooden stock with a square hole into which the bow can be slotted; pierced lug and carved designs at bow end of stock; stock split in half along the length and held together with a metal pin at one end and wound strip of metal at the other; curved wooden bow with square cross-section tapering towards either end and notched.
