Context (Amendments / updates)
There is no information about how Ridgeway obtained this Igho, but it bears the remains of a four-digit sale room stock number, of which only the first three digits are legible: ‘735[?]’.
This suggests that the manilla came from the same Stevens sale room series as E 1902.106.1-10, and indeed some of those items may also have entered the collection via Ridgeway rather than directly from Stevens.
