Brass hairpin, with a flat, rectangular head that tapers in towards the pin. The head is decorated with a geometric, triangular design, with some sections left plain and others infilled with crosshatching. The pin is flat, and the point has broken off.

Collected by Northcote W. Thomas in Edo State, Ijeba (now Uzebba) town. The inhabitants belong to the Edo ethnic group, and also identify themselves further as Yekhee people. Brass hairpin with the point broken off. Profusely decorated on the head segment with crosshatchings between which plain triangular shapes are visible. It tapers into a thin point.
