Description

Ige of Ichue. Carved wooden staff with central rattle sections and standing male figure playing a drum at the top. The figure is wearing a cap, has scarification marks on face and torso and is playing a drum which sits at his feet. The rattle section is incised with geometric patterns and has four slits through which can be seen the rattle.
