Description (Physical description)
Necklace formed of thirty pieces of whale ivory, some tooth-shaped, some almost cylindrical in shape. Each ivory element perforated at the top and strung on a 3-ply plaited cord made from twisted coir. Both ends of the cord terminates in a knot (L.Carreau, 29/01/2013).
