Description (CMS Description)
Ten whale teeth pierced at the top and strung on a cord formed of seven 3-ply plaited coir cords. An addition cord of 3-ply plaited coir is woven around the cord and between the top of the teeth. The left part of the cord is broken just before the first tooth. The right part of the cord is knotted twice. The teeth are of a rich honey colour at the front with a slightly darker shade at the back. The last tooth from the left is inscribed with '31.206' in black ink. Fragment of a piece of paper glued at the top of the back of the 7th tooth from the left.
