Large round basket of coconut palm leaf. The rim formed from the rif of the leaf and maintained in place with a tie of coconut leaf. The end of the plait is marked by the presence of several knots inside the basket, in the centre. Round base.

[stamped in black ink:] 'CUMAA -2 JUN 1988 TRANSCRIBED'. A small round red sticker pasted on the front of the card. [Back of the card reads:] 'Small basket used for keeping coconut drinking cups for yanggona Similar to longer basket no. 163 for carrying cooked food.'
