Description
Presentation sperm whale tooth hung on a cord of twisted 3-ply plaited coir. A small white glass bead is also woven into the cord. The surface is very smooth and polished. The butt is lightly chipped. Three deep incisions near the butt. Marked 'Nasaucoko August 11 1876'.

The cord has small length of pandanus fibre knotted around it. A small white glass bead is also woven into the cord. The surface is very smooth and polished. The butt is lightly chipped. Three deep incisions near the butt.
