Description (CMS Description)
Canoe bailer carved from a single piece of dark ?vesi wood. Handle of almost rectangular section, the top of which incised with geometrical motifs (striated triangles and bands of zigzags). At the wider end of the bailer, the lip is flat, thick and also carved with 2 bands of striated triangles. The narrow end of the bailer is waisted. The back is lightly chipped. Liquid stains visible at the back.
