Description (CMS Description)
Skirt. Long fringe of hibiscus fibre, curled, in natural colour, dyed red and dyed black. A short fringe formed of small bundles of the same is placed at the top. Very elaborate waistband of woven hibiscus fibre in natural colour, red and black. The ties are of red hibiscus fibre. They are about the same length.
