Skirt formed of four rows of thin strips of hibiscus fibre in natural colour, dyed black, dyed red and dyed yellow. The rows are superimposed and increasing in size from top to bottom, the shortest one being placed at the top. Very elaborate waistband of woven hibiscus fibre in natural, black, red and yellow colours. The ties are of red hibiscus fibre. One is much longer than the other.
