They are prominent during initiation rituals where they function like ' sirens' to control the movement of women, children and uninitiated men vis-à-vis the movement of initiates. Flat ovoid piece of wood with broken tip and nicked rectangular top that is pierced near its centre. Design of face and starred diamonds and ovals on each side of main body. One side of design is filled with lime, other (which includes 2 faces) has only a few traces of red infill. Broken at tip.; Poor
