Bullroarer - Card 1: 'BIGO. Model of bullroarers used in turtle ceremonies; long oval coated pink + yellow w. [with] knob for attaching string.'
Card 2: 'Bullroarer carved in soft wood with red decoration up middle. Attached to stick with sinnet cord. Stick 5 incisions at top [?tally of catches] and decorated with red and white bands.'
Used in turtle increase ceremonies.
