Carved wooden face, probably used as helmet mask in Yoruba Gelede masquerade. Decorated with white pigment for the face, with black lips and rims around eyes. Possible scarification marks on cheeks. Hollowed out pupils and nostrils. Spotted snake coiled on top of head.
