Catalogue card: 'Three sample rolls of embroidered edging. Black silk background with line pattern (white) with small flowers alternated with scroll and in colours (flowers in threes varying in yellow-orange and brown, pink-purple and lime green, and blue and olive). All identical.'

Description (Physical description)
Three lengths of embroidered edging or border. Strip of dark blue to black woven silk embroidered with geometric and floral motifs; embroidery includes square scrolls or spirals and groups of flowers in white, blue, pink, orange, brown, red and green; selvedge along one long edge, the other hemmed. [.3] is two lengths sewn together.
