Necklace formed of a ?spondylus shell, the umbo perforated to accommodate a ?four ply cord of vegetable fibre. On three sides of the plait small white glass beads and two blue glass beads are woven into the plait. The other side (in contact with the neck) is not decorated with beads. One end of the neck cord terminates in a knot. Both ends are knotted together. No label. ‘Z 2714’ inscribed inside the shell in black ink.
