Description (Physical description)
Necklace formed of four strands of ?four-ply plaited ?European string on to which have been strung very small blue, white and red beads. The four strands are woven together for about 1 cm every 3.5cm in the central part (for 37.5 cm). On either side of the central band, each strand is decorated with three beaded sections. Each strand terminates in a knot and a short tassel of red and white beads. The pattern formed by the beads is a variation in length and combination of the following: one white bead, one blue bead, one red bead, one blue bead, one white bead, long length of blue beads. A modern rectangular label reads ‘Z 2710 A’
