Description
Dhoti. Large rectangular piece of white cotton, with interwoven band of vertical blue stripes close to each of the shortest ends, and a narrow interwoven border of small purple circles with yellow centres along both of the longest sides. Maker's stamps and text close to bottom left-hand corner, including two gold-coloured foil circles reading 'superior quality A.C. fabrics'. Rectangular section of what appears to be yellowish staining.
