Snake shaped kite. The head of the kite is oval shaped, with two yellow eyes, a flower decoration at centre and purple, green and red paper glued to the surface. Over lapping pieces of cane form the structure of the kite. A very long piece of paper with purple decoration forms the tail. Cotton thread attached to the head for suspension.

It is possible that this kite is part of the Skeat collection. In the annual report, the Skeat collection (Z 33508, Skeat I: 640-654) lists 15 kites from South East Asia, however there are only 10 record on the database. This kite needs to be compared to those in the Skeat collection to determine their provenance.
