According to Skeat and Blagdon, Vol. I Chapter II, wide loin cloth of bark, reaching down to the knee, especially worn by the women of the Semang of Kedah. Similarly by the Semang women in Ulu Kelantan, Belimbing district, and by the Semang women of Perak.
