Card reads: " Z no. issued 14 2 1986." The ' Tungap' is usually filled with salt but sometimes with a little additional ' Imping' . NB: Imping is usually " green" rice (cut just before it is ripe) but sometimes of ripe rice. When taken green it is simply pounded in a special (canoe shaped) mortar ' lesong pengimping' after being first carefully roasted ' goring' . When taken ripe it is steeped for a day and a night before the roasting (' disgoring') then pounded afterwards in the usual way; Collected by: Skeat.W.W
