There were three records for this object, which noted Z 41162 'bullroarer', Z 41162.1 'Bullroarer 'and Z 41162.2 'A dagger-like object of light wood'. Only one object was found in the box, labelled Z 41162 and which matches all three descriptions. It has been assumed that additional records were created from different catalogue cards, based on the differing physical descriptions, but in fact refer to the same object. All three records have now been amalgamated.
