Tools from several sites in the same deposit from one to three miles north of Nsongezi. 1937.498 covers specimen numbers K.g.37,O.S.,O.12.S,O.16.S.,O.8.S.,O.10 .S.,O.5.S.,O.6.S.,O.7.S.,O.9.S.,O.17.S. With reference to the pencilled numbers on the reverse sides of the original cards of 1937.498 and 1937.499, the description on the cards and the fact that specimens were found marked o.9 S which matched the description of 1937.499, 3 specimens which were previously catalogued as 1937.499 have been given no 1937.498 since they were incorrectly numbered in the opinion of P.L.C., July 1982; Found: Found in situ and washed out in erosion ravines in the upper clays of the 100ft terrace, Kagera Valley; Collected by: O' Brien.T.P
