Copper alloy buckle with rectangular bow, violin tongue and triangular chape terminated by a boss. The entire frame is decorated with a border of ring-and-dot ornament. Chape gilded and ornamented with punched patterns; small piece of blue glass or stone set in chape near broad end. Two attachment loops on reverse.
