Description

Small jug of pinkish yellow clay with dark brown paint. Large, everted, right-angled rim and narrow, flaring neck applied onto integral slightly everted 'rim' and concave-sided neck. Globular body; small footring base. An oval handle runs from neck, or lower 'rim', to shoulder. Painted decoration of concentric circles on shoulder, triangles on rim and horizontal lines on rim, neck and centre of body. Part of base broken off and missing.
