Description
Heavily corroded spherical crotal bell with intact suspension loop. Two holes (one enlarged and also encrusted with ferrous oxide material) in upper half. Sound slot adjoining one hole (the other is filled with corroded material) in lower half. No visible decoration. Inside contains small lump of ferrous oxide material, probable the remains of an iron 'pea'.
