Description

Jug of White painted ware III-IV with rounded base. Wide opening with everted rim; strap handle extends from rim with an ovoid lug protruding above the vessel; and attaches to the body with an angled shoulder. Wide, slightly concave neck, with pinched lug opposite the handle; the body widens slightly in hemispherical shape; base is rounded with no discernible basal angle. White fabric decorated with black slip; wavy line around interior of rim; outside is decorated with bands of four lines and crosshatched sections of diamond and large rectangular shape.
