Copper alloy brooch of Certosa type. Arched bow with flattened lozenge cross-section, widening towards the centre; bow features flattened bulbous knob with knurled sides above double-spiral spring from which a long pin emanates; elongated catchplate with J-shaped cross-section; upper face of catchplate has spear-like form with incised surface; mushroom-headed knob projects above catchplate end.
