Description for 1928.285 [A-N]: 'Numerous foot stands, mostly imperfect, belonging to bowls with pedestal feet of the type of 1928.259 (a completely restored specimen with foot stand). The paste is usually coarse and dark grey in fracture, the surface usually smooth, grey or reddish, and unevenly coloured.'
