Description
One rounded wide mouthed bowl of micaceous grey fabric with polished dark grey interior of rim and exterior; Hallstatt period. Simple inturned rim; stepped base of neck; rounded body with decoration of pointed bosses as well as incised chevrons of four parallel lines; obtuse angled flat base. Reconstructed from sherds with additions of plaster and paint; now partly in sherds again.

Context (Amendments / updates)
The Accession Register gives 'Romania (='Transylvania')' as Place, while the Catalogue Card gives 'Austria' a Place; as the catalogue cards tend to give the more accurate information, the decision was taken to update the Place field accordingly.
