Description

Seven sherds from several vessels. Large sherd of brown fabric decorated with red slip in horizontal bands; with half of a horizontal strap handle with circular cross-section decorated with three horizontal lines of red slip. Also, an intact strap handle sherd and five rim sherds including: two of red ware; wide everted rim sherd with missing lug; sherd with part of handle protruding from rim; rim sherd with part of horizontal handle below neck.

Found: Surface finds at Kalamaria Toumba, now known as Thessaloniki Toumba but called such because it was located outside the city walls. The Place field has been updated accordingly.
