Description
Oinochoe of Bucchero Nero Ware. Trefoil-lipped mouth creates a spout with curved sides; a strap handle emerges from the opposite side, flanked by a pointed lug on each side, extending to the shoulder of the vessel. Slightly concave neck; shouldered vessel with conical body; flat base. Scratches to the surface reveal the red fabric beneath the black.
