Context (Amendments / updates)
The accession register entry for 1915.342-344 notes 'Three bangles: two of flint one of slate'. These have been noted as being from the British School of Archaeology in Egypt 'A.R 1915.219-221. The bracelet Z 36255 A has been marked '1915.221' which is not its idno (1915.221 is part of a group of eight English candle snuffers). It would suggest Z 36255 A is 1915.344 which would reflect the order of objects in the annual report numbers 1915.221. Both the annual report number and the alternative idno 1915.344 have been entered into the MAA Nos field to be further investigated.
