Context (Amendments / updates)
The Source field previously stated 'Mackintosh.Miss.H.J'. It is unclear who 'Miss H.J. Mackintosh' was. The object was part of the collection of Mr Leslie Mackintosh and given to the Museum by his sister, Miss Ruth Mackintosh, see the Related documents regarding collector and donor. The Accession Register notes the objects were gifted by 'Miss J. Mackintosh'. At present therefore 'Mackintosh.Miss. H.J' has been removed at present. If they are identified, update this record accordingly. Leslie and his sister Ruth have therefore been placed in the source field.
