Description (Physical description)
Copper alloy shield-shaped fitting, originally set in a frame with three pins for attachment to horse harness or furniture. Engrailed bordure; two horizontal bands in the centre and three roundels at the top. Traces of gilding along the border and the frame. The frame is now detached but present.
